A Date with Tahini Salad Dressing

Sesame seeds and dates are very high in calcium

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup stone ground raw tahini
  • ⅓ cup dried medjool date
  • 20ml Saludynam Calcium Magnesium drink 
  • ¼ cup organic cold pressed olive oil (adjust for desired consistency)  
  • ½ a lemon juiced 

Method: 

  1. Throw all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend. 
  2. Drizzle over baked broccoli with chopped almonds and goji berries, all of which are good sources of calcium.
